Wordpress has some great features, but the latest is using it as a web site.
This is done through the use of themes. I’ve been toying with the idea of updating my blog, since I’ve been very lazy and not posted much since I started.
As I did more research, I realized that I can use a wordpress theme as a web site – if I pay for a professionally created theme. So I’m going to update my site with a new theme from StudioPress:

There are a few others which I’ll review and post. But this one has options.
Basic Themes – $60 per theme – with tutorials and support. These are search engine-ready, which means that you get indexed on search engines as you blog.
All Themes – $200 for all – with automatic updates. Great for smaller companies wanting to resell blogs for web sites.
